Approvers and finance

Approve exceptions in Salesforce, in multi-step chains with groups and delegates.

Deal CPQ has roles for Approver, Finance Approver and Legal/Compliance. Approval chains can have several steps, with one or several approvers at each step, plus approver groups and delegates.

• When a rep resubmits, only the step that rejected is asked again, as long as the deal didn’t get riskier.
• Nobody can approve their own request, admins included.
• Cost and margin are visible only to the people you give access to.
