This policy explains what information the Deal CPQ website at dealcpq.com collects and what we do with it. “Deal CPQ”, “we” and “us” mean the company behind this website. We will update this page as our product and services change.

What we collect

When you request a demo. The Request a Demo form asks for your name, work email, company, and optionally your role and what you would like to see. When you send it, the website passes your details straight to our email inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. The website keeps no copy; Resend keeps a record of the emails it delivers for a limited time. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with your email address.

Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser to do this and does not use them to track you.

When you browse the site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.

The interactive walkthrough. The walkthrough at /demo runs entirely in your browser with made-up data. Nothing you enter there is sent to us.

What we do not do

• We do not set cookies or use advertising or tracking tools.
• We do not load scripts, fonts or images from other companies, apart from Cloudflare Turnstile on the Request a Demo form and the Cloudflare analytics script if it is turned on.
• We do not sell or rent your information, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, arrange a demo, and follow up about Deal CPQ. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the site and handle your request, namely Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (delivering form submissions to us) and our email provider, and only so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@dealcpq.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we will honor requests we are required to honor.

Where information is processed

Cloudflare runs a global network, so requests to the site may be processed in countries other than yours. Resend and our email provider may also process your details outside your country.

Children

The site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
